SMS Terms and Conditions

The program is available to people who call Tree Works about a tree-service request. During that inbound call, Joanie asks whether the caller agrees to receive a text summary. Messages are sent only after the caller gives affirmative verbal consent.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. This program does not use purchased lists and does not send marketing messages.

Messages may include a summary of your tree-service request, requests for corrections or photos, responses to your questions, and follow-up information about that request.

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive one initial follow-up message plus conversational replies related to the same request, usually during the following seven days.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. AILA Labs and Tree Works do not charge a separate fee for participating in this messaging program.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a final confirmation and then no further messages from this program unless you opt in again. You may also use other standard opt-out words supported by the messaging provider.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program may be changed, suspended, or ended when needed, subject to applicable law.
