SMS Privacy Policy

We may collect the information you provide during a call or text conversation, including your name, mobile number, service-request details, corrections, photos, and message content.

We also keep records needed to operate and document the program, including the related call identifier, consent timestamp, message delivery status, and opt-out status.

We use this information to:

• send a summary of the tree-service request you gave by phone;
• receive corrections, questions, and photos about that request;
• help Tree Works respond and follow up on the request;
• honor opt-out and support requests; and
• maintain security, compliance, and delivery records.

This program does not use purchased contact lists or send marketing messages.

We do not sell mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use.

We may disclose information to service providers that process it only as needed to operate this program, such as messaging, mobile-network, hosting, customer-record, and security providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.

Customers opt in verbally during an inbound call they place to Tree Works. Joanie asks for permission to send a summary by text and sends a message only after the customer agrees. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies. The program typically sends one initial follow-up message plus conversational replies related to the same service request, usually during the following seven days. Message and data rates may apply.

We retain program records only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

This messaging program is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through it.
